Creating clear and engaging content that draws people to your website can feel challenging, especially when you initially start your blogging journey. However, while the art of crafting clever content may take practice, there are ways to give your skillset a boost with little effort on your part. One of the best ways to do this is through reading other content writing samples on the internet. By reading articles other people have posted, especially articles that have gained traction on Google, you will begin to develop an eye for what type of content people want to read. Furthermore, when you read content you absorb new terminology and ways of writing through osmosis. The result of this absorption is then translated through your writing, helping you to improve upon your writing effortlessly.

Additionally, reading other articles online can inspire you to create similar content of your own but with your own twist. This is extremely beneficial when you are wanting to craft something that is already on the internet but you want to have your own unique spin to it. Listed below are some content writing samples that rank high on Google so you can see what types of articles people are reading when searching for a particular keyword. Therefore, reading these examples can help you to learn how to craft your own unique articles that will also gain traction with readers.

Content Writing Samples

There are many styles of content writing on the internet, however, some of the best methods for creating content is to speak directly to your audience and answer any questions they may have. For example, if you wrote content on “bottled rainwater”, you better make sure you are supplying people searching for that content with material that helps them either find bottled rainwater or learn more about it. If you provide neither of those components then your reader will look for another article to read instead. This, in turn, deters them from staying on your website long enough to see what you have to offer. After all, the entire point of creating quality content is to draw an audience in so that you can boost business revenues, right? Therefore, make sure your article is worth their time and attention. This means, don’t just slap on together with little thought or effort on your part. Instead, convey your message with clarity and purpose.

An example of this is portrayed in an article posted on a drug and rehab center’s website titled: “Side effects of sleeping pills and what to do if you have an addiction.” Clearly, this article is attempting to answer any questions the reader might have about how their sleeping pills might be affecting them and/or how to seek help if they have an addiction to their sleeping medications. An excerpt of this article clearly portrays the answer to this question by stating:

“A sleeping pill may be helpful with short-term sleep problems, however, it’s important that you understand all of the side-effects associated with taking these sleep aids, especially if used long-term. Most sleeping medications are categorized as “sedative hypnotics”, meaning that they induce and/or maintain sleep. There are a few types of sedative hypnotics out there, including benzodiazepines, barbiturates, and various hypnotics. The main concern with taking benzodiazepines for insomnia is that it is highly addictive and can cause problems with memory and attention. Therefore, they are generally recommended for a short period of time and only if you or any family members do not have a history of drug addiction. This type of medication is particularly detrimental to anyone with higher chances of addiction or someone who takes more than prescribed by their doctor. Barbiturates, on the other hand, depress the central nervous system and are generally limited to the use of anesthesia. Overdosing on barbiturates can be fatal.”

This article’s main purpose is to inform the reader and answer any questions they may have about their sleeping pill usage. Other articles, like the one on a home security company’s website write content on how to find the best security devices or upgrade their home by utilizing smart home technology. This article gives readers an insight into how home automation can save them time and money, while also providing the reader with knowledge on how to find the best company that will provide smart home solutions.

As seen through these examples, are many ways to convey your message to your readers. The main thing to keep in mind is what your ideal client will want to read before starting to write your content. Would your ideal client prefer humor, real life stories, or information? Take the time to find this out first and your content will gain major traction with your preferred audience.

How to Find Content Writing Samples and Services

As there are many content writing samples on the internet, it is important that you narrow your search to blogs that rank high in search terms. This means that the articles are ranking within the first page of Google. To do this, plug in some keywords that interest you and read through the first couple of articles that pop up. This will help you gain clarity on what is doing best on the internet so you can start mirroring what you learn in your own writing.

However, since creating content that ranks high on Google can take time and practice, it may benefit you to hire a content writing specialist that can write content for you. This is the easiest and quickest way to effectively bring your ideal clients to your website. By saving the time and energy you would use on trying to create engaging and useful content on your website, you’ll be able to focus on what matters most to you and leave the rest to the professionals.
