Citizens State Bank has deep roots in the places where they live and work, and a history of making a real-world difference in the communities they call home. CSB came to DIGITECH with needs for a major and complete overhaul on their site. From the user experience and visual presence including video and photography, they were ready to take their site to the next level.
We worked with Citizens State Bank to revitalize their customers banking experience. Their previous site was extremely outdated and they also needed to expand are rework their information architecture. DIGITECH did an in-depth strategy looking at their user personas and journey to come up with an all new sitemap.
