A DIVISION OF UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP GETS AN UPDATED DIGITAL PRESENCE.
FirstCom – a division of Universal Music Group was looking to improve their UX and conversion rates in order to keep up with the rapidly changing competitive landscape of their niche. Our challenge was to create a stunning new user experience design while having to navigation constrictions of their existing corporate SiteCore CMS implementation.
The unique challenges associated with this project meant it would be a necessity for the UX team at DIGITECH to work closely with the development team at Universal Music Group. The relationship between the two divisions would be crucial if we were to pull off designing a strategic new concept, while working within the functionality limitations of the existing SiteCore CMS. Fortunately, both teams were up to the task. Through a series of Workshops the collaboration was electric, and the end result was a high powered – stunning new user experience design that met and exceeded all of our initial goals. The Solution
